Fog lamp parts require high heat resistance, so reflector bowls are normally made of PEI, mold temperatures are high, and cavity material selection and machining parameters affect the pattern of reflection. - Removal of rust on a regular basis (appearance, PL surface, cavity, core, etc.)
- Re-lubricate periodically (ejection mechanism, row position, etc.).
- It is necessary to replace wearing parts (rods, bolts, etc.) on a periodic basis.
- It is also necessary to pay attention to the maintenance of the lower mold of mold, which must be removed and tested by qualified maintenance personnel.
