The 72 cavity preform mould is designed for water drinks. Hot runners are balanced with a shut off valve gate to ensure that the injection gate does not string during injection.

The 72 cavity preform mould has the following features:

  1. In this case, the mould plates are made of stainless steel 4G13 or P20 with a pre-hardening process. With spiral cooling for every single cavity and core, production efficiency and costs can be improved. 
  2. In order to ensure high precision and less defect in the final preform production as well as convenient disassembly, each cavity is self-locked individually. 
  3. Preform thickness must differ by 0.10mm and the product should not appear flashy, irregular, or different in size. 
  4. A reasonable thickness and height are designed into the preform to ensure the final bottles weigh light but feel heavy. 
  5. It saves labor costs and does not require cutting of preform tails when using hot runner valve gate system.
